Parts and service is covered for one year through our warranty program. The parts and service can only be provided directly through RIMASEE Commercial Equipment Corp. 

Yes, delivery is provided to all our clients in the USA and its FREE. Some additional costs may be addes to the states of Alaska and Hawaii. 

Yes, we provide assistance to our clients for those who require a full floor layout of their business. Installation can also be carried by our staff.
