Lines that
run themselves.

Afinomaq is the automation specialist RIMASEE officially represents — robotics, conveying and controls engineering that turns standalone machines into one moving, measurable production line.

AF.01

Robotic integration

Pick-and-place, palletizing, case packing and machine tending — we integrate robotic arms into food production lines wherever repetitive handling is costing you labor, consistency or safety.

Integration is the operative word: the robot itself is the easy part. The engineering lives in the gripper that handles your product without damaging it, the vision and sensor layer that finds it, and the guarding and food-safe washdown design around all of it.

AF.02

Conveyor & material handling

Belt, modular, roller and elevation conveying, accumulation buffers and line-balancing layouts — the circulatory system that connects your machines into an actual line.

We design conveying around the product and the process: hygienic open frames for washdown zones, accumulation where upstream and downstream speeds differ, and transfers that keep delicate product intact at full speed.

AF.03

Process automation & controls

PLC programming, HMI design, sensing and safety circuits — one controls layer that supervises the whole line instead of one cabinet per machine.

A single controls architecture means one recipe system, one alarm log and one dashboard for the entire line. When something stops, your team sees where and why in seconds — not after walking the line.

AF.04

Line optimization

Existing lines rarely need replacing — they need measuring. We audit throughput, identify the constraint, and re-balance, re-program or selectively re-equip until the line meets its number.

Optimization often pays for itself in avoided capital: a re-sequenced changeover routine or a buffer in the right place can recover the capacity you were about to buy another machine for.

How it fits

Automation, the RIMASEE way

As Afinomaq's official representative, RIMASEE runs automation projects the way it runs every engagement: we start from your product and your target output, design the automation around them, and stay accountable through installation, commissioning, operator training and after-sale support.

Because automation sits inside the wider RIMASEE offering, the conveyor, the oven it feeds and the cold room at the end of the line can be engineered — and serviced — as one project, instead of three vendors' worth of interfaces meeting for the first time on your floor.
