01 — Manufacturing
Manufactured, not resold
Every RimaCold unit is built through our European manufacturing base and arrives factory-charged, factory-sealed and run-tested — not assembled in the field from a kit of parts. That is why the units hold their performance numbers: what is sealed on the test bench stays sealed in the store.
The range is engineered around natural refrigerant R290 (GWP 3), with plug-in, remote and waterloop configurations available from the same case families. OEM programmes are available for retailers and integrators who need volume production built to their own specification.

From a single serve-over counter to the frozen aisle of a hypermarket, the RimaCold catalogue covers chilled and frozen display, storage and process cold — and every family can be tailored in length, finish and temperature class to the store it's going into.

The HydraThermal Loop
RimaCold's flagship isn't a case — it's an architecture. The HydraThermal Loop puts every case in the store on a single water circuit: no machine room, a fraction of the refrigerant charge, markedly lower energy consumption, and heat recovery that pays the store back on its heating bill.
