Maple Ovens — Baking

Heat you can build
a bakery on.

Maple Ovens is RIMASEE's baking brand: professional deck, rack and combi ovens for artisan bakeries, pastry shops and industrial production. Every oven is specified around what you bake — and delivered, commissioned and serviced by the same team that sold it.

01 — Platforms

Three ways to bake

The platform decides the bake. Maple covers the three that professional production is built on — each available in configurations from a single pastry-shop chamber to industrial multi-deck installations.

Deck ovens

Stone-hearth baking for crust-driven breads and artisan product — independently controlled chambers, steam on demand, and the thermal mass that consistent, forgiving baking depends on.

Rack ovens

Rotating-rack convection for volume and uniformity — trolleys in, trolleys out, with even coloration from the first tray to the last and recovery times built for continuous production.

Combi & modular

Combination and modular configurations for pastry shops and mixed production — grow chamber by chamber as your volume grows, without re-planning the bakehouse.

02 — Specification

The oven follows the bread

There is no "best oven" — there is the right oven for your dough, your volume and your energy supply. We start from what you bake and how much of it, then specify chamber count, deck area, steam capacity and power source to match.

That specification work is honest by design: if your product calls for a configuration Maple doesn't build, we say so and source it through the RIMASEE manufacturing network instead. The recommendation serves your bakery, not our catalogue.

03 — Installed & supported

From delivery to first bake — and after

Maple ovens are delivered, positioned, connected and commissioned by RIMASEE — including the first bake alongside your team. Training, spare parts and service then run through the same contract as the rest of your equipment.

For the process before the oven — mixing, dividing, rounding, proofing — see Caprea Bakery Equipment, our standalone bakery process brand. Together they cover the bakery end to end; each stands on its own.
