The founder
Ronald R. Seepersaud
Founder & CEO, RIMASEE
Ronald is the founder of RIMASEE. Before he supplied equipment to businesses, he spent years building and running them — which is why RIMASEE sells working outcomes, not boxes: lines that run, kitchens that open on time, stores that keep trading through a refit.
The manufacturing network behind RIMASEE is not a supplier list. It is a set of factories in Portugal and Italy that Ronald knows personally — floors he has walked, teams he trusts, quality he puts his own name behind.
When RIMASEE says one point of accountability, this is what it means: every project, from the first drawing to the last spare part, runs through a founder who answers the phone.

In the field
Where the standard
gets checked.
Factory visits are not a photo opportunity — they are how RIMASEE qualifies what it sells. Production floors, oven halls and fabrication lines across the European network, checked in person before your project runs through them.

How he works
Three habits,
one standard.
01
Walk the floor
Decisions get made where the work happens — on your floor and on the factory floor. Specifications are written from what a walkthrough shows, not from what a catalogue promises.
02
Sell the outcome
A machine is not the deliverable; a running line is. Every engagement is scoped backwards from the day your equipment has to perform under full load.
03
Stay reachable
The relationship outlasts the invoice. Spare parts, service and the next expansion all run through the same person who sold the first machine.
“No project too big, no project too small.”
